Following the news that Grasshopper is to withdraw from the UK in April 2018, I wanted to let existing Grasshopper customers know that we can help to keep your phone system running.

Grasshopper, which is headquartered in the USA and was acquired by Citrix in April 2015, launched in the UK in 2016 with the objective of providing small businesses with a professional phone system. Unfortunately for their existing UK customers they have now decided to back out of the UK market informing existing customers to make plans to move service providers before 30th April.

Since launching CircleLoop at the end of 2016 we had always been aware of Grasshopper service and considered aspects of it competitive to CircleLoop, albeit, we believe we have some enhancements and features which are more advanced.

I understand this must be a concerning time for existing Grasshopper customers so I wanted to explain more about CircleLoop and how we can help.

We'd love to welcome you on board with CircleLoop. We can port your Grasshopper 01, 02 or 03 phone number free of charge, and we'll also do absolutely everything we can to make sure the porting process is completed by April when Grasshopper closes its doors in the UK.

Please note that we are able to port 01, 02 & 03 prefixed numbers. We're not able to port 0800/ 0808 numbers into CircleLoop - sorry! We can however, offer you a national 0333 number as a modern alternative.
