Contact Sync

CircleLoop for Zoho puts all of your contact data where you need it, with automatic syncing straight into your CircleLoop phone system. So now you can quick access all of your contacts no matter where you are and, what's more, you'll always know who's calling.

Zoho Native Dialler

Our powerful native dialler means you never need to leave Zoho, allowing you to make and receive phone calls inside your CRM. Recognised contacts link you to their record in Zoho, whilst unknown contacts can be added to Zoho directly from the dialler. You can also take notes during and after the call, which are then synced with Zoho with one click!

When you're working in Zoho you no longer need to click out, or copy/paste phone numbers across. CircleLoop for Zoho features instant click-to-call, allowing you to make calls quickly and easily direct from your CRM.

Call Activity Logging

All calls to and from your Zoho contacts are automatically logged as notes against that person in Zoho. This includes made, received, missed, attempted calls, voicemail (including transcription) and call recordings. And you're in control of exactly what you want to be logged.
