Our latest release sports a brand new desktop app design and interface, which makes it even quicker and easier to use and manage your CircleLoop phone system!
We're proud to build our own technology (no reselling going on here!) and our in-house software development superstars have been working flat-out this year to deliver a tonne of fantastic new phone system features. So here’s a brief update on what you can now do with your CircleLoop phone system.
CALLER GREETINGS & MENUS
CircleLoop now supports inbound caller greetings & menus (IVR), so if you want to route calls to specific departments or users from your main number, you can set up a menu and configure your call routing from there.
Previously, CircleLoop required you to answer calls in our apps only, but now we’ve created the ability for you to forward inbound calls to other numbers. Perfect for when you’re on the move, or during your out of hours times.
Check out our brand new in-app Analytics panel, which gives you detailed information on phone system activity for each of your users, numbers and teams!
CLOUD CALL RECORDING
We already launched local call recording in our desktop apps earlier in 2018, but we’ve now enhanced this functionality to work across all of our apps (including mobile) with cloud-based storage and administrator control.
This has been a regularly requested feature which is now enabled in our apps, in the new Privacy section. So if you’re experiencing nuisance callers, you can now block those numbers for your entire CircleLoop account.
If you’re a Capsule, Hubspot or Pipedrive CRM user, you can now integrate CircleLoop with your CRM system. Our integrations enable contact synchronisation, click-to-call and automatic call logging directly in your CRM. To view integrations visit our Integrations page.
